Prior authorization support for dermatology

Less paperwork.
More patient time.

AuthPilot is the hands-on prior-authorization partner for independent dermatology practices. We help your team move payer paperwork forward without adding another software workflow.

Built for small practices and their office teams.

The AuthPilot promise

“We handle the paperwork insurers make you fight over.”

Practical intake. We start with the information your staff already works with.

Clear follow-through. You know where requests stand without chasing multiple portals.

A focused pilot. Evaluate the service in your own practice before committing longer term.

Built around small-practice reality

Focused on the operational work that pulls dermatology teams away from the patients in front of them.

How the pilot works

A deliberate 30-day start, not a disruptive rollout.

The pilot is designed to be practical: understand your current process, take on the administrative lift, and decide together what a longer partnership should look like.

01

Start with your current workflow

Tell us how your dermatology practice currently sends requests and where the follow-up work piles up.

02

We prepare and manage the details

Your team has a dedicated point of contact for submissions, payer follow-up, and clear status updates.

03

Review the pilot together

At the end of 30 days, we’ll review the workflow, what we handled, and whether it makes sense to continue.
